Our job application form includes an optional demographic survey (ethnicity, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ community identification). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 automatically collects anonymized and aggregated data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, device type, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally. Google Analytics may use cookies to distinguish unique users.
